mesoSPIM

The mesoSPIM is a light-sheet microscope designed for imaging centimeter-sized cleared samples.

Based on the plans available on the mesoSPIM initiative website, we built a light-sheet microscope from scratch to study centimeter-sized objects with cellular resolution.This setup has been relocated to the IERP facilities at INRAe Jouy-en-Josas, where biological samples of interest can be imaged using this system.

The permanent staff involved in this project includes François Marquier and Karen Perronet at LuMIn, and Christelle Langevin, Maxence Frétaud, and Manon Mehraz at INRAe.
